As specialists providing unique care, most plans allow patients to see us out-of-network. Payments are the responsibility of the patient and are due at the time of service.

- We are contracted with most major insurance carriers. Please contact your carrier to determine if our providers are contracted with your plan.
- We accept all PPO insurance plans.
- We accept Worker’s Compensation patients. Please work with your case manager to get authorization to see one of our physicians.
- We accept San Jose Medical Group (SJMG) referrals.
- We also accept Medicare.
