Dr. Cluck operated on my back, and now I am recovering nicely. I was very impressed with all of the personnel and your professional organization. Thanks so much for making life worthwile again. Pat M.

Dr. Konrad H. Ng I am singing to your praises.  I was freaked out about the injection but you were "wonderful" and I am "impressed."  Thank you Dr. Ng for setting me at ease. Melanie E.

Service is excellent. Dr. Konrad Ng and the nurses are the best. This is the first time in a long time I have felt that the staff cares and they have a treatment that helps. The receptionists are all fantastic too. Melody B.

Thank you for helping me with my injury.  I respect you for being conscious and caring doctor.  I saw this from day one when I came to your office for my injury.  I would like to say this, "Amoung all the doctor's I have visted in the past for my injury you stand high."  Although, I still carry some of this pain with me, I have confidence and trust on you that someday you will help me get rid of my pain.  Thank you again, respectfully. Badri A.

Dr. Coe and Lauren Bradley (Physician Assistant)

During my past visits and calls to your staff, I know I have not been the most pleasant person.  I try vehemently to be polite and pleasant, but my extreme pain precludes such actions to a significant extent.  However, I would like very much for you and your staff to know how much I appreciate all their efforts on my behalf, and realize the difficulties with the seemingly endless and fruitless process of working with my insurance and the time it is taking to have my necessary surgery approved.  I am writing this letter to THANK all your excellent staff and particularly Lauren, who works tirelessly on my behalf.  Once again, please excuse any seemingly lack of thankfulness to my current condition (and know that this is assuredly not the case).  Please know that I am ever thankful for all your efforts!.  Yours truly, Eric A.,PhD

In our annual meetings I don't say enough how grateful I am to Dr. Coe for his skills. My primary care doctor has said I am a walking MIRACLE and I know that I had the right doctor (Jeffrey D. Coe, MD) for the "major league challenge." Thanks for your support. Phil R.
For the last 10 years I have been suffering from degenerative disc disease. In 2006 my condition became very aggressive causing severe neck pain radiating down my arm into my hand. After having a series of shots to relieve the pain for 1 1/2 years, I was referred to Dr. Michael Cluck. The pain had become so bad I could seldom sleep more than a few hours without waking to shooting pains from my neck down to my right hand. My right hand was often numb and my quality of life, quite frankly, was terrible. I was unable to work and spent most of my life in constant pain. I had surgery in July of 2008 and had a second surgery a few months later to repair a collapsed 5-6 level. Dr. Cluck knew how afraid I was and took the time to reassure me and my husband that a second surgery would be needed to repair the collapsed area. We are both glad he did. I have been pain free for 9 months now and am blessed that Dr. Michael Cluck had the skill and knowledge to give my quality of life back to me. I am eternally grateful. Candice B.

Dr. Konard Ng has been very, very helpful and the staff is very friendly & efficient.  Quality of the medicare care is excellent. Kris M.

Excellent service in all areas of the office from ease of making appointment to quality of medical care.  "They are so nice! First time I don't mind going to the doctor." Kathi S.

Dr. Cluck took time to explain MRI, treatment plan and options. Friendliness of receptionist, caring of nurses and medical assistants and amount of time doctor spent with me was excellent. Debbie L., RN
I had 4 operations and could not walk. I started with injections and now I can walk and enjoy my days ahead. Very Very Good Staff.  Go See Dr. Konrad Ng "Super Doctor."     J. Sanchez
Words can not express the deep and heartfelt appreciation I have for Dr. Michael Cluck. In May of 2007 I had my L4 and L5 fused in a surgery that took five hours. I was so scared. The moment that I awoke from surgery, the pain that I had in different parts of my body was gone. His work has left me live a normal life, pain free, drug free and I don't even have backaches anymore. It is a small miracle that has occured and I'm so glad that these cutting edge procedures are available today. THANK YOU Dr. Cluck for giving me my life back!!! - Kent C.
I am 100% better! I'm back in the gym and have full strength. Andrew L.
I don’t know why people wait so long to have surgery. After herniating a disc and having severe nerve pain in my leg and back, I opted for surgery sooner than later. Surgery was an outpatient affair. When I woke up the leg pain and back pain were gone! What a relief. I am so glad I followed Dr. Cluck’s recommendation and had the surgery. "There is nothing I can’t do that I could do before surgery, and what a relief to get back to my life." - Judy P.
Dear Dr. Cluck, My sincere gratitude to you and your team ….Thank you so much for getting me back on the road and riding my bike.
I can't thank you enough for the way you have changed my life through the excellent results of my spine surgery. My family and friends tried to discourage me from going forward, thinking I would end up an invalid. However, I had complete confidence in you because of the way you explained in great detail what was wrong and how you were going to fix it. Before my lumbar laminectomy and fusion, I could walk only short distances before my feet and legs, even my buttocks would go completely numb. It was impossible to function. Since having the surgery, I have been very busy playing golf with my husband and bowling with my grandchildren. I am so grateful I had the surgery with Dr. Cluck.
I want to apologize to you for being so scared yesterday before my nerve block. Unfortunately I listened to people telling me how painful it is. However, you proved them all wrong as there was no pain doing the procedure and after almost 2 years I am finally out of pain. I can't thank you enough and I hope you'll still keep me as a patient. And of course I'll be there for my next procedure if you feel it's needed. I am definately recommending you to all my friends. Thanks again. Wanda B.

Thank you sooooo much!! For giving my life back to me. Gratefully yours forever!

For over three years, I had severe pain from back curvature due to scoliosis. In Feb. 2006, I had 16 Hrs. of surgery performed by Dr. Coe. He installed 2 rods, 36 screws and assorted braces on my back. Today I am pain free and stand straight thanks to Dr Coe's surgical expertise.

I had lumbar fusion surgery 6 months ago and it is amazing how much better I feel. You don’t miss all of the little movements you do every day until you are no longer able to do them. A year ago I was in so much pain I could not image what my life would be like in 20 years. I am currently in my 40’s and was envious of all of the seniors I saw that could function better than I could. I just knew I would be an invalid by the time I was 60. Well, I had the surgery, and immediately the back pain disappeared. I can now do some of those simple movements I had lost, such as being able to cross my legs when sitting, and being able to lean forward, without pain. It has only been 6 months since the surgery but I am getting my life back. I am beginning to garden again, I was able to attend a concert, and I can enjoy my boy’s football games & other events. I am not saying the recovery will be quick or easy. What I am saying is that if the pain is to the point that you cannot live your life the way you want, you will not regret having this surgery. Dr. Cluck did a wonderful job!
Dr. Jeffrey Coe is a wonderful surgeon. I spent just about 4-5 year's with the worst back pain that crippled my life and what I love to do. Not even the Doctor that gave birth to me and my family helped me one bit. But the minute I stepped into Dr. Coe's office I felt better. And after the surgery that he preformed on me my life has been so much happier and satisfying. Before the Surgery if you asked me how much pain I was in on a scale of 1-10 I would have told you a 15 easy, but after the surgery I would say it is a 5-6 and that is well over 45-50% better then what it was before. I owe feeling better living better all to Dr. Coe and his wonderful staff that care and were with me thought the whole procedure if it was not for them I think I would not be here today. So thank you Dr. Coe and all of your staff it is because of you that I can live the way I did before. Thanks again for everything you did for me I will never be able to repay you for what you did. Thanks Again Sincerely Jeff E.
Waking up with severe pain one morning I was distressed to put it lightly. I could barely walk, worried about missing work and was unable to complete the easiest of tasks. I went to see Dr. Cluck trying to understand my health condition. He explained that I had a herniated disc in my back that was compressing a nerve in my leg. The compressed nerve was going to require surgery which is a scary prospect. I wondered about the complications, success rates of surgery and how long I would be out of work. Dr. Cluck and his staff answered all of my questions with compassion and allayed my fears. They explained the surgery in a basic but thorough manner and told me what to expect post-operatively. After having the surgery I was back to work in a week with complete recovery in 4 weeks time. Looking back on the experience I am glad Dr. Cluck was my doctor and can't imagine how it could have gone any better.
I consider the treatment I received by Dr. Coe and his staff as exceptional. I had severe disc damage and pain for years. The operation was a great success and I cannot be more grateful. Dr. Coe is a consummate professional and exceptional surgeon.
I thought I had just pulled a muscle in my neck. My family physician initially prescribed a muscle relaxer. When that didn’t work; I was prescribed physical therapy, and when that didn’t work; I was sent to a pain specialist. The pain specialist took about ten seconds to diagnose my herniated cervical disk. He performed three epidurals. And when that didn’t work I was told I would have to have surgery. I sought out a surgeon and found Dr. Cluck. He told me that I could choose to do the typical type of surgery or choose an artificial disk replacement. He answered every question that I had about the artificial disk and made me feel confident in its success. I had surgery for the artificial disk replacement a year ago. I only had to wear a neck brace for one day. I had no pain as a result of the surgery, and I returned to work the day afterwards. I have not had any difficulty with the artificial disk and am completely confident that I never will.
I have a history of back problems/pain. Dr Coe diagnosed my problem and consults me with medical care. Dr. Coe is competent, professional & knowledgeable. I had surgery June 2008. When Dr. Coe came to see me in hospital, I cried with happiness and told him "THERES NO MORE PAIN".  My recovery has been good, but 2 months prior to surgery, my insurance denied the surgery. I was furious/upset. If it wasn't for his nurses Kimberly and Vanessa and especially Dr. Coe for doing the phone calls, chart notes, etc and Dr Coe speaking in my behalf to the Review Board MD this surgery would not happen.
I endured more than 10 years of progressive and degenerative disc pain in my lower back. The nerve pain I encountered down both my legs and into my feet was unbearable. I could not sit, stand or walk for more than 10 minutes without major tingling, burning & stabbing pain. I felt many times my legs buckle and was afraid of falling. As a result of not being able to maintain an active life style I gained weight. I was unable to sleep at night or through the night without pain medication. My social life was affected as well; it was even difficult to dine in a fine restaurant with friends. Traveling in an automobile for more than 1 hour was out of the question and impossible. I was blessed the day I found Dr. Michael Cluck. Dr. Cluck and his team performed thorough examinations, to include X-rays, MRI’s, medical notes from my previous doctors and a neurological tests, etc. Surgery was his final resort and my option. I decided to have the surgery as I trusted Dr. Cluck’s recommendation to remove the degenerative discs and insert new discs (L3, 4&5) and the lumbar fusion. Six months later I was on a 10 day cruise enjoying life. It’s been one year since my back surgery and the nerve pain is gone and my quality of life is back. I can now enjoy dining out with friends, traveling by car, shopping and normal everyday activities. Dr. Cluck is a brilliant surgeon and I highly recommend Dr. Cluck and this surgical technique to anyone who has endured this level of back and nerve pain. Thanks to Dr. Cluck I now have quality back in my life.
In 2000 my family doctor noticed that I had a slight curvature in my spine. After having a few x-rays they found that I had a 13 degree scoliosis and I should monitor it frequently. In 2007, my family doctor had informed me that I had dramatically progressed to approximately 45 degrees curvature, so he referred me to a spine specialist, at which time I met Dr. Cluck. I was 40 years old at the time and the only the only medical procedure I have ever had prior to this, was stitches in my chin, (TWICE). After much research and talking to people that have had this procedure done, I chose to have the surgery. Dr. Cluck and the staff performed the very sensitive surgical procedure of placing 10 screws along with two rods and bone fragments for the fusion to straighten my spine from 45 degrees to about 25 degrees. I was back to work, plumbing, in less than 3 months. In less than a year I was golfing, fishing and doing the things I love to do. Today I feel great and have the comfort knowing I have a better quality of life to share with my family for many years to come. Thank you very much for taking such great care and pride in what you do Dr. Cluck.
I have been a patient of Dr. Coe for 11 years, during which time I have had two surgery procedures to correct severe low back pain. In each case I received excellent care and treatment. In fact in 2006 Dr. Coe informed me of the N-spine implant, that I was a good candidate for the procedure, and that the procedure had never been done on a human. I would be the first in the world. Since I had been in pain every second of my waking life from 1976 to September 21, 2006, I told him what have I got to lose and agreed to have the surgery. It turned out to be one of the best decisions of my life. Upon awakening from the anesthesia, I was pain free for the first time since I injured my back in 1976. I would like to thank Dr. Coe for bringing back my quality of life and for staying abreast of new state of the art medical procedures.
Several months I suffered with lower back pain and my legs hurt all the time. Finally my doctor sent me to see Dr. Cluck. He checked my X-rays and MRI and explained everything we were looking at so that I understood what needed to be done. I had surgery on January 2009 and have never felt better. The surgery was a complete success and I had wonderful care. I now walk, bend, and sit without pain, it is wonderful! I was nervous prior to surgery but knew something had to be done and I'm so thankful I didn't hesitate about the surgery.
Dr. Coe is an extremely thorough and competent physician, and his practice is very professional and well run. I had surgery with him in 9/08 and while I am still healing, the whole process has been very positive. He is very knowledgeable in all areas of spinal surgery and treatment, and I would highly recommend him.
I am pain free, I recommend Dr. Coe for Spinal Surgery.
I met Dr. Coe after consulting with 2 other doctors who wanted to operate on my back immediately. Dr. Coe asked me one question and it was "Can you live with the pain that you have now" I stated "Yes".   He then explained the procedures involved in the operation. I am so glad that I waited until I could not stand the pain. The procedures changed so much in the time that I waited. After seeing some of my friends that needed the same type of operation that I needed, and to see them afterwards, I felt so sorry for them. If it had not been for Dr. Coe's advise, I might be walking hunchback like some of my friends. He has one of the best people working on his staff. I should know because I have been to numerous doctors and there are some that I would not go back to because of the staff involved with those doctors. Dr. Coe's staff treats me with respect and dignity, sometimes I often feel as part of the family when I am at the office.
When I came to see Dr. Coe I had severe pain centered in my hip and radiating down my left leg. It was never less than a 4 on the pain scale. I walked bent over to minimize the discomfort but it was always there. The daily pain was usually 6 to 7 and occasionally a debilitating 9 preventing my walking at all. Two other back specialists suggested fusion surgery. Dr. Coe said X-Stop. In the Recovery Room after surgery, the insertion of the X-Stop, I had NO PAIN at all in my leg!! After 30 minutes in recovery I was walking around the recovery area using the wheel chair as a walker. It was blowing the nurses minds and mine!!!  I walked out of the hospital upright and pain free in my leg .. For the first time in 4 years!! The words THANK YOU will never touch what Dr. Coe did for me but right now that is all I can offer, thank you Dr. Coe, so very much!! Sincerely, William N.
Always treated me well. Very professional and skilled. Office staff extremely pleasant and caring.
My family doctor recommended Michael Cluck MD to me as I was experiencing severe lower back pain with shooting pain in my buttocks and down the backs of my legs. The pain was intense and relentless; the activities of daily living were becoming more difficult each day. Following x-rays and a MRI, Dr. Cluck recommended surgery as I had serious back problems that would not resolve on their own. As a registered nurse, I carefully choose my healthcare providers and decided to seek a second opinion due to the severity of my problems. The second surgeon proposed all of the same procedures as did Dr. Cluck, but I felt much more confident with Dr. Cluck and returned to him for the surgery. He performed my surgery, the recovery was uneventful, and I am pain free!
I have a history of lower back problems and had two previous surgeries, one at 31 years of age and the other at 54 years of age. Time took its toll and I was experiencing pain involving sciatica at 77 years of age. Dr. Coe took a great deal of time diagnosing what he could do to help me, the previous surgeries complicating matters. After recovering from surgery (never fun) and follow-up hip replacement surgery later on, my ability to get up and go is significantly improved and I am now doing better than many of the 70-plus seniors with whom I associate. I do not hesitate to recommend Dr. Coe to anyone contemplating back surgery.
I suffered OTJ post injuries for 24 yrs.+ Dr. Coe cut through the BS and figured out what was salvageable after 24 yrs of neglect and made the decision to operate on my lower back. I went and got a second opinion and that neurosurgeon said yes to LBS. I had head injuries going into this operation the anesthesiologist, Dr. Coe conferred with me and created the perfect post surgery feeling, no hangover, no drowsiness, no sick feelings etc. Waking up the next morning was something out of a fairy tale no pain, spinal pressure, or that perpetual persistent misery upon standing on my feet next to my bed. the nurses came into the room with mild painkillers and they asked how do I feel, and my response was pointing with my right index finger toward the ceiling, inferring that the pain and misery was gone and very far away from me that morning. Amen to a competent doctor who asked the tough questions and demanded the correct diagnostic procedures nailing the problem on its head, then planning and executing a successful surgery.
Thanks so very much for the fabulous medical care I received & great (smooth) front office service. You've all made the quality of my life so much better!
I wanted to thank you for helping me with my back issues on such short notice. I cannot tell you how much it means to me that you were able to get me in and operate all in the same day. My back feels a world's better. I hope to see you again soon.
Thank you for making my life pain free.
Dr. Coe & Staff, Thanks for all your support. This staff is the best.
This Doctor is the best. I am a 49 year old male. I have had back pain for 25 years, six days ago Dr. Coe operated on my L5S1 lower back. I have had 4 previous back surgeries. This one #5 has me in less pain in less than a week then in 25 years. If you have a problem, see Dr. Coe. I am finally fixed, from a 24 year old healthy guy to a new 49 year old and what a shame to have 25 years lost.  I hope I can make a huge impression on people to get better and trust that this is a real honest story. I said to Dr. Coe, "I want the heavy duty parts, I don't care if you have to cut me in half and put me back together" Just do what ever he thought  I needed. Well he and his team were perfect I awoke with small incisions and could not be happier, and trust me, I am one person who would know. I had numbness in my right foot that would radiate up my calf. I had constant low back pain that went from 5 to10. IT IS GONE. Thank you
Dear Dr. Coe, Thank you very much for your skill and talent in performing the back surgery. You can't imagine how wonderful it is to look forward to many months of no pain, meds. 7 years of those is 7 years to much. Thank you again for a job well done!
